Please see my simple, all inclusive pricing structure below. I do not charge VAT:

1 to 3 bedroom property (including flats and apartments): £79

4 bedroom property: £125

5 bedroom property: £150

Optional add on: Same day EPC lodgement £10

Landlord discount: 10% off when you book 2 or more properties together.

All prices include lodgement with the UK Government. Some companies charge this fee separately.

Additional charges

Aborted assessment: 50% of total charge (only if the survey has to be aborted on the day for reasons beyond my control through actions of the client).

Cancelled assessment: £35. Cancel no later than 24 hours before the appointment by email or phone.

Upon successful completion of the survey the EPC will not be lodged until payment has cleared. Once payment has cleared the EPC will be sent by email.
