Flat/Apartment - £50
1 -2 bed Property - £60
3 bed Property- £70
4 bed Property - £80
5 bedrooms and above - Price on Application

Discounts offered to Landlords with 3 or more properties.
All prices include the £9.62 lodgement fee payable to the UK Government. Some companies charge this in addition.

Additional Charges

Hard copy of EPC - £10 (Including postage).

Aborted assessment - 50 % of total charge (only applicable if the survey has to be aborted on the day for reasons beyond my control through actions of the client).

Cancelled Assessment - £35  The assessment must be cancelled no later than 24hrs prior to the appointment this can be done either through email or phone.

Upon successful completion of the survey the EPC will not be lodged until payment has cleared. Once the payment has cleared the EPC will be forwarded by email unless hard copies have been ordered, within 7 Days of receipt of payment.
